Shipping and Returns
All orders for Portugal are sent through CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. and have a tracking number, which is communicated to the customer by e-mail.
Orders outside Portugal are sent by CTT, DPD, GLS or DHL, and the customer is informed, after the purchase, which carrier will deliver, together with the tracking number.
The shipping address may be different from the billing address. This information is particularly useful when it comes to offers that can be sent directly to the recipient.
Standard shipping is FREE for shipments in Portugal (includes Azores and Madeira), in orders from forty and five euros (45.00 €).
For orders below this value, STANDARD shipping costs three and an half euros (€3.50).
Shipping costs for other territories are calculated based on the weight/volume of the order and the geographical area to which they are destined.
Items in stock take between one to three business days to be processed for shipment from the date of payment. Delivery time in Mainland Portugal varies between two to three working days and, for the rest of Europe, between 3 to 10 working days.
For territories outside Europe, delivery times takes between 3 to 20 working days.
Please note that these times are only indicative, and SO-SO is not responsible for any delay thay may occur.
Express shipping is available for Portugal and has a COST of 5.00 € (five euros), and guarantees that SO-SO will ship the order on the same day (for orders before 1:00 pm – GMT + 0.00) or, on orders placed after this time, on the following business day.
The shipment is made via CTT EXPRESSO, 24-hour service, being delivered to the customer on the business day following its dispatch by SO-SO.
This service is only available for orders delivered within the national territory. The period starts counting from the moment SO-SO receives the payment. As such, when this option is chosen, it is suggested to send proof of payment to email@example.com with the respective order number.
You can pay your order using PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER or MBWAY.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it.
If you want to make an exchange or return, you have 15 days after receiving the product to contact SO-SO.
Only items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
The costs and responsibility of sending the exchange or return are borne by the customer.
