Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
All orders from SO-SO They can be sent by mail. (TO SEND) or collected (COLLECTION) by the customer at our workshop in São Domingos de Rana, with the latter option being free of charge, regardless of the purchase amount.
SHIPPING
All orders SO-SO for national territory They are sent via CTT – Correios de Portugal (Portuguese Post Office). S.A. and has a tracking number, which is communicated to the customer so that they can track them.
Orders destined for outside of Portugal are shipped via CTT, DPD, GLS, or DHL. Customers will be notified of the delivery carrier and tracking number after purchase.
The shipping address can be different from the billing address. This information is particularly useful when dealing with gifts that can therefore be sent directly to the recipient.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is FREE for deliveries within Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira) on orders over fifty-five euros (€55.00).
For orders below this value, STANDARD shipping costs four euros (€4.00).
Shipping costs to other territories are calculated based on the weight/volume of the order and the geographical area to which it is destined.
Items in stock take between one and three business days to be processed for shipment from the date of payment.
Delivery time in mainland Portugal varies between two to three working days, and for the rest of Europe, between three and ten working days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping costs five euros (€5.00) and guarantees that SO-SO will ship your order on the same day (for orders placed before 1:00 PM - GMT + 0.00) or, for orders placed after this time, on the next business day.
Shipping is done via CTT EXPRESSO, a 24-hour service, and is delivered to the customer the next business day after shipment by SO-SO. This service is only available for orders delivered within the national territory.
The timeframe begins from the moment SO-SO receives the payment. Therefore, when choosing this option, it is suggested that you send proof of payment to [email address/contact information]. info@sosostore.pt with the respective order number.
PAYMENT
You can pay for your order via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, and MBWAY.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may exchange or return it.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, you have 15 days after receiving the product to contact SO-SO.
Only items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the costs and responsibility of shipping for exchanges or returns.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of custom-made or personalized items.
