5 - PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER

6 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. We strive to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, we reserve the right to refuse any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. 7 - PAYMENT TERMS
The available payment methods will be presented on our website. We do not accept any other payment methods besides those mentioned. You can pay for your products using Bank Transfer/MB WAY and via the Paypal website.
If the End Consumer chooses to pay by Bank Transfer, we will only begin processing the order after we have received an email confirming the amount and payment. Therefore, with this payment method, we advise you to go to an ATM as soon as possible so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If we have not received any payment within 2 calendar days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
The purchase price of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to the current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.

9 - PRICES
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.sosostore.pt Prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted in the order confirmation, which you can print or download for future reference.
Please transfer only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order. Shipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.
All prices are listed in Euros, and any change in the delivery country may affect the price due to shipping costs.
10 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Products ordered from the online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday. We can only guarantee the successful delivery of an order if the shipping address provided by the User is correct.

11- SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs associated with your order will be billed per order; that is, if you order more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once.
Within Portugal, standard shipping costs are €3.50 (three euros and fifty cents) for orders up to forty-five euros (€45.00). Once this amount is reached, standard shipping is free.
When the "express shipping" option is selected, the shipping costs are €5.00 (five euros) per order.
In all other countries, both within and outside the European Union, deliveries will be paid for according to the shipping costs of the purchases made.
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most EU countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Taxes). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Taxes at the time the shipment arrives in their country. The recipient may also incur additional customs clearance charges. 12 - ORDER DELIVERY TIMES

13 - ORDER CANCELLATION
Before shipment, the Buyer may cancel the product order. 14 - RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
