3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the purchase and sale carried out in the João Marques online store, between the Final Consumer/Consumer as a buyer and João Marques (SO-SO) as a seller, and apply to all visitors to the website www.sosostore.pt, as well as any transaction of a commercial nature carried out through this online store.
Navigation on the site, as well as the purchase of any product at www.sosostore.pt, implies acceptance of these general conditions of use and contracting.
Is considered "final consumer" or user any person who acts/buys with a purely personal purpose, outside of their business or profession, therefore, without any desire to resell the items they purchase at the SO-SO online store.
SO-SO reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting, without prior notice, as well as to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services, and any change will always be published on the website www.sosostore.pt
SO-SO reserves the right not to process any order received from users who are not Final Consumers or those who do not comply with the general conditions of sale.
The final Consumer must provide SO-SO, as a seller, with an email or postal address, or data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete and accepts that SO -SO you can contact him using this data, if he deems it appropriate.
4 - COMERCIAL POLITICS
In case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
The photographs presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We recommend that you take a long look at the product details for better information about the respective characteristics of the items you want to purchase.
Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. The validation of the purchase order or order assumes that the Buyer is aware of and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website www.sosostore.pt.
All data recorded by SO-SO constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between the Seller (SO-SO) and the final Consumer, being João Marques responsible for filing the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, being obliged to keep it handy.
5 - ONLINE ORDER
To place an order on www.sosostore.pt, the User must have a valid and frequently used e-mail account.
You can make purchases in the online store as a guest or through an account that the user creates at www.sosostore.pt. Simply insert into the virtual shopping basket all the products that the Final Consumer intends to purchase, following all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
– Browse through the pages of the online store and find the product(s) you want to purchase.
– Add your favorite products to the “Cart” using the “ADD TO CART” button
– When you have chosen all the pieces you want to purchase, complete the purchase by clicking on the "BASKET" icon
– Confirm all items in your cart and, if want to proceed with the buying, continue to “CHECKOUT”.
– Then, fill in your personal data and shipping address (we ask that you pay special attention to filling in the address). The shipping address may be different from the billing address.
– Choose the shipping method and, on next page, the payment method – PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER / MBWAY
– Finally, finalize the order in “PAY NOW”.
– You will receive confirmation and order number by email (for PAYPAL payments)
– If you have chosen the BANK TRANSFER/MB WAY option, you will receive an email with the order number and payment details. When it comes to payments by bank transfer, in order to speed up the processing of your order, we ask that you send us proof of payment by email to email@example.com
– Your order is thus confirmed, being delivered to the indicated address within the stipulated deadlines. It is also mentioned that as soon as the order is sent, the customer receives an email with the tracking number of the same.
6 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION
SO-SO only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so it cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. The estimated date for dispatch of the products, after confirmation of payment, is one to three days.
SO-SO only dispatches orders on working days. Thus, to estimate the delivery time of orders, weekends and holidays are not taken into account.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to product availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale on the site are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In case of product unavailability and/or out of stock, SO-SO will immediately inform the Final Consumer of the partial or total cancellation of their order, and the buyer is entitled to reimbursement of the respective amount paid.
The final consumer is solely responsible for the veracity of the personal data communicated and undertakes to immediately insert and inform any changes through their registration account at www.sosostore.pt
SO-SO disclaims any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order due to error or insufficiency of data communicated by the Final Consumer, namely at the time of delivery.
7 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The available payment methods will be displayed on our website. We do not accept any other payment method besides those mentioned. You can pay for your products using Bank Transfer/MB WAY and via Paypal.
If the Final Consumer chooses to pay by Bank Transfer, we will only start processing the order after we have received an e-mail with proof of the value and the completion of the payment. Once two calendar days have elapsed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be cancelled.
The purchase price of the products and the transport costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.
8 - SECURITY OF THE ONLINE STORE AND ALL TRANSACTIONS
SO-SO online store uses the latest and most robust security technologies available for encryption platforms. All payment information you provide will be encrypted, from the initial moment of your transaction, until the moment the order is processed, and will not be stored on any public server.
Although we use encryption software, any payment transmitted over the Internet, or via e-mail, runs some risks, namely when the User does not take the necessary precautions and does not assume the proper conduct of responsibility. João Marques cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, namely damages resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, from interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications. or virus transmissions.
9 - PRICES
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.sosostore.pt include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use.
Please transfer only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order. Shipping charges are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping charge will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.
Prices are all listed in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices due to transport costs.
Please note that Customs fees may apply to orders outside European Union, which are not the responsibility of SO-SO.
10 - SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
Products ordered in the online store will be shipped and delivered on working days, from Monday to Friday. We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is correctly indicated by the User.
A delivery is considered carried out or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
11 - SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, that is, if you order more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once.
In Portugal, the standard shipping costs are 3.50€ for orders up to forty and five euros (45.00€). When this value is reached, standard shipping is free.
When the option “express shipping” is chosen, the shipping costs are €5.00 (five euros) per order.
In other countries, inside and outside the European Union, deliveries will be paid according to the shipping costs of the purchases made. Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Taxes). The recipient of an international transfer may be subject to Import Fees at the time that transfer arrives in your country. The recipient may incur additional customs clearance charges. SO-SO does not control these charges nor is it able to make an estimate. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country so the customer should contact the local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated time of shipment.
At the time of delivery, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products shipped for possible damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately through the Returns mechanism. SO-SO will refund the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives and completes the return process.
Shipping costs are associated with the delivery of the order to the address indicated on the form; if you request delivery to a second address, this delivery will have an additional cost depending on the location.
12 - DELIVERY DEADLINES OF ORDERS
After registering your order, confirming the respective payment and having all the parts of your order available, SO-SO undertakes to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery deadlines:
– In mainland Portugal, between 2 and 5 working days.
– In the Archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, between 3 and 10 working days,
– In the European Union (except Portugal), between 2 and 10 working days,
– In all countries outside the European Union, we will deliver the order within an indicative period between 6 to 20 working days (which may still vary depending on the country where customs clearance is carried out, when applicable).
SO-SO is not responsible for the failure to fulfill, or delay in fulfilling, any obligation to send that is due to a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
13 - ORDER CANCELATION
Prior to shipment, the buyer may cancel the order for products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, he/she must, at first, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.
14 - RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
The customer may, within 15 days, after receiving the product, return it. Within the same period, the customer may claim any defects or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered, under the responsibility of SO-SO.
For this purpose, the complaint must be formalized by email sent to the address email@example.com. In the complaint, the Customer must expressly indicate the reasons for his complaint, always mentioning the order number.
The support team at the www.sosostore.pt website will coordinate with the Customer how to return the goods, in case it is justified, in which case SO-SO will assume the costs of returning the same and the costs of a new delivery.
In situations where the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of SO-SO, the return will be accepted, after checking the good condition of the returned parts and their packaging, and the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, deducting the transport costs of the delivery. (although these have been assumed by SO-SO and the return shipping costs.
As a result, SO-SO reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and that do not comply with the same conditions of compliance on the date of their delivery to the Buyer (namely products that have suffered any type of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging, accessories and/or complements).
